Summary
Star Edutainment is a B2C web platform that connects fans directly with celebrities. The platform offers masterclasses taught by celebrities, live learning sessions, personalised video shoutouts, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content.
It creates a new way for users to not just watch their idols but interact with them and learn from them. The focus was on blending entertainment, personal growth, and real engagement into one seamless experience. The product was built as a web app with scalability, personalisation, and ease of use in mind.

Solving the Problem
Creating a new way for fans to connect, learn, and engage with celebrities through a user-centered platform.
The Challenge
Fans had very limited access to celebrities beyond consuming passive content. Most platforms either focused on entertainment or education but rarely blended both in a meaningful way. There was a growing need for a solution that could offer real interaction, valuable learning experiences, and personal engagement, all delivered through a smooth and scalable digital platform.
My Role
Spoke with users and stakeholders to understand fan expectations and needs.
Focused on creating a modular and scalable UI that works for different types of celebrity interactions.
Designed the full experience flow for masterclasses, live sessions, and personalised shoutouts.
Worked closely with developers to ensure smooth performance during live events and content delivery.

A section where users can explore curated courses taught by celebrities. Includes detailed pages with pricing, highlights, and full access after purchase.
Live Learning
This section lets users join real-time sessions grouped by age or category. Each session includes schedules, instructor profiles, and interactive learning formats.
Celebrities
Fans browse celebrity profiles, request video shoutouts, join OTT channels or access their masterclasses. Everything is brought together in one place for easy access.

After shaping the core flows and aligning with product goals, I designed the final interface to help users explore, learn from, and connect with celebrities in a simple and engaging way.
Home Page
I designed the home page to introduce the platform clearly and help users access masterclasses, live sessions, and celebrity content with minimal effort. The focus was on clarity, flow, and quick entry into the core features.

Masterclasses
After mapping key actions and simplifying decision points, I designed the masterclass section to help users explore and purchase courses with ease. The journey starts with a grid of celebrity-led classes, each showing price, category, and badges like “Flash Sale” or “Coming Soon” to guide attention. Users can search or sort the listings to quickly find relevant content. Clicking a card opens the detailed class view with course duration, episode count, language selection, and key features like lifetime access. Clear takeaways and modular episode summaries help users understand the value before purchase. Once unlocked, the same screen updates to allow resume playback, episode navigation, and access to bonus content like trailers and behind-the-scenes videos.



Live Learning
After identifying user needs around filtering, real-time access, and session progress, I designed the live learning section to offer a structured yet flexible way to explore and join scheduled classes. Users start by browsing a grid of upcoming live sessions with clear pricing, tags like “Free” or “Purchased,” and age filters. Each course page highlights session info, what to expect, and batch options with date-wise availability. The curriculum is shown as a collapsible module list for tracking lessons. Once a course is purchased, the interface updates to reflect live status, enable session joining, and help learners follow their progress throughout the course.



Celebrities
To simplify fan-celebrity engagement, I designed this section to highlight personalized interaction paths while keeping the flow intuitive. Users start by browsing a category-filtered list of celebrities, each tagged with status indicators like “Newly Added” or “Coming Soon.” Tapping a profile reveals options for video shoutouts, OTT channels and masterclasses. If a user selects shoutout, a lightweight form collects recipient details and context. The following steps walk the user through verification and payment, ending with a confirmation screen that wraps up the journey with order clarity and next steps.





Closing Note
This project was an opportunity to reimagine how fans engage with celebrities by creating a platform that blends learning, connection, and personalized interactions. Through lean experimentation, fast iteration, and a strong focus on user value, we crafted a product that feels aspirational yet accessible.
The platform delivered tangible outcomes:
